Today a special post with the result of my first experiment with anologue photography. I got the idea when I found a Lomography shop while visiting Vienna last summer. They were selling plastic – toy – cameras for around 70 euro! I didn’t buy such plastic toy, but it gave me the idea to look on eBay for a authentic camera of a certain age. I found the Afga Isola I (1957) for not even 5 euro including shipment from Germany.
Unfortunately, I soon realised the camera needs the old 120mm film. Which is much more expensive to buy and to develop than the usual 35mm film. But that didn’t stop me to continue my experiment and here are some photos of my first roll.
